The interests of my clients are always my first priority, and I go above and beyond to make sure they get the results they need.

My curriculum and field studies focus on minority disparities in K-12 education. My dissertation examined the racial barriers preventing minority access to rigorous course offerings. I intend to disseminate my dissertation to various academic journals for publication. Moreover, I anticipate continuing my studies on racial disparities in K-12 education, as my dissertation revealed the need for further studies.

As my curriculum vitae demonstrates, I have been immersed in education for almost a decade. I have served as the junior high and high school district English leader for five (5) years. Throughout my time as a district leader, I have had the opportunity to:

• Conduct professional development

• Model teach lessons

• Assess classroom concerns

• Work with school principals to solve school-level concerns across multiple curriculums
